A little bit of fantasy

The card above I have made for a friends birthday, the little girls are from Crafty individuals and the punch of coarse is from Martha Stewart love these punches, the background on the tag is stamped with a lace stamp I have, cannot remember were I bought it but do love it and it stamps lovely
The above card is not stamped ( I wish I was that clever) it is a image of the new cd from Joanne Sheene, isn't it a fabulous image, in fact all the images are gorgeous. The lady that did paint them originally is one very clever person, wish I was half as talented, just wanted to show it as I love it

Alphabet chunky pages

Well here is my latest efforts for this swap, talk about brain dead,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it took me ages to think of things to do, then when I finished them thought of all sorts typical. Above we have J for Jester, the K was going to be for Kids, then this little saying popped out at me which I thought fitted pretty well, K for Keep life simple. Lastly L for Llama, well what do you expect from me
M for Marylin, of coarse N fo Nostalgia and O for Osterich, these animal stamps come in handy when you are stuck. So we have a right mucky mixture here. Something for everyone I hope

ATC swap

These 3 ATC's where for a swap I was in, where they don't have to be stamped. So 2 aren't and one is. Love this stamp of Lucy and thought the saying went very well with it. The top one is done with a image off Joanna Sheenes new CD it has some of the most gorgeous images on if you like fantasy, which I do. Know it isn't stamping but now and again I like to have a change. The other image is off a collage sheet, can't remember where I got it, what's new. My brain is totally addled

James card

Well am sick of being serious, so made this for my Daughters Partner James. It is his birthday today. The llama has gone to wish him Happy Birthday. I think it is a Viva stamp I coloured him with my pro markers, mind there was not a lot to colour. The fence was just a piece of card I had and I just cut the notches out of the top to make it look like planks. The happy birthday is a sissix die. I don't know about you but I find men's cards hard to do sometimes. Saying that I have found loads hard to do lately, don't know how many things I have stamped then put them to one side as can't think of anything to do with them. I must try and get myself bucked up. Have just finished my chunky book pages for a swap I am in and what a struggle. Am keeping them for another post

A little bird told me

Well had a bit play with my birdcage and this is what I come up with, coloured the cage with gold dabber then stamped over it with words. The birds I coloured with distress inks then stamped over them with the same word stamp, that is the birthday definition stamp, like what you see in a dictionary, seeing it is a birthday card thought that would go. The background have used a embossing folder then rubbed over with a black ink pad, made the rose and punched the border with my new Mather Stewart Punch. Thanks to a dear friend for buying me it. I worked hard on this one so hope who it is for will like it

Finally

I have actually made a card, sorry have not been around much lately but have felt not so good, rotten reaction from flu jab.
Anyway this is not stamped except for the greeting, I printed this on canvas, which really does not show on this picture. Had to use this as it reminds me of my Nan, as have a photo of her dressed similar, might even be on my blog somewhere, anyhow some more of my salvaged ribbon and a little bit of vintage lace which I bought years ago at a jumble sale and I just love it. Had to stick a bit of sparkle on ( the scroll) don't know if I like it or not but there you go

Calenda with a difference

Well was going to make this a card, then thought it would make an unusual calender, so that is what it has become. It is stamped on leather again and was quite impressed the way it stamped. Got a nice clear image, just hope it stays on the leather, well at least for the year. Time will tell

A little experiment

Not a brill picture sorry, as too late for my camera so had to scan, just been experimenting stamping on leather, never done it before so don't know if I have done it right or not. Have stamped something else which I like better but not finished it yet and my bed is calling , so will have to wait till tomorrow. Anyhow the main stamp is from I brake for stamps and I believe he is a spirit man, looks like a crow or maybe a Eagle not sure but I liked it, something different, the border at the bottom is the leather and have stitched some beads on. Enough rambling will leave it there and hope some of you like it

Little boy again

Well here he is again could not resist another one. Don't you just love this lace, would you believe it was wrapped round a box of biscuits, what a waste. I certainly will recycle it, it is gorgeous. The frame or shrine whatever it is I got off Stamp camp and just took my fancy, first time I have used it. I covered it with thick copper embossing powder a few times and liked the effect. Just makes it a bit different
