Hubby's birthday card

Well bless him my other half is 70 next week, he has raced pigeons since he was about 16, he loves all birds but of coarse they are his favorites. So I have come up with this and just hope he likes it, it will make a change from the cheeky ones I usually make

This bottom picture is supposed to b e a blackbird but looks more like a crow, he has one that waits till he gets the spade out then sits on the spade while he digs so he can get the worms

  3. Dot, that's a fab card/booklet. I love it and I'm sure Fred will, too :) Love your comments and the stamps you've used are wonderful. A blackbird used to sit on John's Dad's spade, too, while he was digging. Closest I've had to that is a baby robin waiting for me to move plant pots so he/she could get at the grubs underneath and he/she was hopping on my feet. It's a lovely thing when a wild animal trusts you like that!

  9. What a fantastic book for Fred. Love all the images you have used and how you have used them. I have a favourite blackbird too but he does not come and sit on my spade - how lucky your Fred is.
