Mixture

This is 3 different stamps, the figures are one and the branch another lastly the building, all from AAA in the USA. I did the background with distress inks and stamped with  black Visa-fine and clear embossed
This poppy stamp is one of my favourite poppy stamps designed by Wendy Brown for Simply stamps, it is so easy to colour and always looks good, background again with distress inks and of coarse cut out with Spellbinders. I made the bow on one of those little gadgets with the two pieces of dowelling on and you tie the ribbon round it and low and behold it went through the 5m slot so only cost me the ordinary stamp
These are my ATC's for KC January swap, love this little fellow. One is stamped on the card and the other on acetate, stamp from the Artistic stamper

  4. Great stuff, Dot. Nice to see a bit of Oriental stamping - haven't done any for ages but I do love it. Haven't seen the poppy for a while, either, but it's still as great as ever. Is Julia still open, then? Wonder because she no longer does the shows... x

  7. Hope I can remember all I want to say. First of all Phineas is a favourite fella of mine - I just love him, he is so Steampunky to me. (in fact I asked Jennie about him and she started stocking them again).
Secondly, you are so right about that poppy stamp - it is gorgeous - but I think you have a lot to do with that as I know your colouring is so damned good. (Who taught me to do faces?)
Last but not least, your Asian card, fantastic job of masking, I would not have known had you not said that this was not just one stamp.
Have always known you were talented but this showcases it again.
    Hugs, Neet xx

  9. The first card looks as though it is one stamp. You brought them together so fabulously.
    The poppy is so delicate.
