Darlenes birthday card

Above is the card I made Darlene for her birthday, Happy Birthday Pet. Can put it on my blog now as it is her birthday today. I had a go at image transfer and it did not work so I put glitter on the image instead and it looks quite good in real life, as you know they never look the same when photographed or scanned, she loves feathers so had too use some of those and a couple of roses I made. I hope she likes it.

Another one for Ethan

Well as you know I made him a Marmaduke card for his birthday, further down the page. Then he came in and said Nan can I have a Avatar card for my birthday,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, What do you do, being the soft Nan I am went on the hunt for pictures as I know there are no stamps for it and this is what I come up with. Must admit was thrilled with the pictures I got, although you really can't see it the 2 on the dragons are attached with strips of acetate so they look as if they are flying, well all I can say is he better like it. The other card,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, will give to my Son to give him, it won't waste

Mojos gone on holiday

Well sorry I have not posted for a few days, I think my mojo has gone back to Liverpool. I am forcing myself here as need some birthday cards made also have not sent a couple of cards out I meant too so must get cracking. I managed this one yesterday and have made a couple today just need finishing touches. So am hoping I am getting back to normal. Have new stamps to play with and not even had the energy for that.
It is red hot here I am amazed as we normally don't get it as hot as we are right near the sea, can't remember the last time it was this hot in May

Just a quicky

I made this yesterday and of coarse was trying different bits and bobs, added some little rabbits as if they are looking over the fence. Have a mixture of images on here as there are Sugar Nellie, sweat pea stamps and the rabbits Barbara Greys, think they look ok together

Another one

I know you must be fed up of me uploading these cards but this is for my youngest Daughter, who is 29 on Thursday. A Disney nut especially Tinkerbell so cheated with this as there is no stamping except the verse on the back. Well I have no Tinkerbell stamps and I love these Micky mouse stickers, they don't look like stickers. Anyway why I wanted to show you is, ages ago I bought some kids hair slides that a shop was selling off to use as bellies, I did use one or too but they where bulky but they have made a great alternative for brads down the side of this card don't you think. New I would find a use for them eventually

Hubby's birthday card

Well bless him my other half is 70 next week, he has raced pigeons since he was about 16, he loves all birds but of coarse they are his favorites. So I have come up with this and just hope he likes it, it will make a change from the cheeky ones I usually make
