These where hard work, well Y was, anyhow after a lot of thinking about I decided on Y for Ye Old Arms pub. Stamps are by Creative Expression and there are lots of other stamps on there to build a scene but they are only 4 x 4 pages so that is all there was room for
Of coarse I had to do Z for Zulu as African is one of my fav's and don't get chance these days to do much African. It is a glimmery background but does not show up on the scan, I am sorry don't know who does the Zulu stamp as had him given
Now "Y" is too clever for words. When Nicki and I were doing our alphabet book there were some letters that nearly had me tearing my hair out.
ReplyDeleteHas Nicki seen the Z for Zulu? This is so Nicki!!
Enjoyed the journey through your artistic take on the alphabet.

These are both great, Dot - the 'Y' one is really clever and I bet no one else would have thought of that idea!

Brilliant Dot, your Y is a great idea, one to store somewhere in the brain for the next alphabet swap.

Two lovely pages Dot. "Y" is truly inspired and I love your Zulu.
ReplyDeleteDot, I think I injured my jaw, it dropped so hard and so fast when I saw the ZULU card! It is wonderful. THe Y is neat, but this is amazing! I love the color contrast, and how you used the turquoise color for a big pop!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recent visit to my blog.
Hugs, Pat
Stunning work, Dot - you just get better and better! Love em both.
